Add support for authentication with domain id and name?

Certain OpenStack providers requires authentication with specification of domain id and name in addition to the regular password based authentication methods.

Any chance of adding support for this? Appreciate your feedback.

We're going to be cutting over to a knife-cloud-based knife-openstack soon (next week or 2), that would be a good feature for knife-cloud to support.

I believe this is a non-issue, please reopen is it is still an issue.
