Node Setup

Seems are nodes for the windows classes already have winrm setup on it. As someone also wanting to prepare and present this training outside of Chef I probably need to know all the things setup on the VMs. Perhaps we add a slide that talks about what is configured on those systems.

This is an important slide to remind individuals that our training materials are free to re-use within their organization. It is also important here as part of the magic trick that we show the attendee that not much is up our sleeve when it comes to bootstrapping a node.
