Append the destination file path, destination line number and object preview to Jira tickets

Describe the problem

The tickets created with cxflow should be grouped by destination file. However, with issue #696 the team's response was that it is not possible to make this change. To resolve our ask for the tickets to reflect destination file details we would like to request the below enhancement.

Proposed solution

We should be able to include the relevant destination line numbers and previews in Jira tickets (as is currently being done for source objects). This way, every issue included in a Jira ticket would be properly displayed for developers, including both the source and destination line numbers and previews, and would be a lot more helpful for determining a fix.
