What does this PR do?
Get latest stable version by sorting them by numbers.
For instance:
'7.9.2' translates into 7092
'7.10.0' translates into 7100
Since 7100 > 7092 the latest stable version will be '7.10.0'
What issues does this PR fix or reference?
