git bash shell on windows 11 errors out with invalid option #541

Describe the bug
Recording shows bash error due to invalid option of --noproferlay

It appears some chars being sent get garbled?

Setup
Please complete the following information along with version numbers, if applicable.

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Shell: git bash
  • Terminal Emulator: Windows Terminal Preview
  • Terminal Multiplexer: None
  • ttyd 1.7.3 (had to downgrade to this version to prevent ttyd crash and hang)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
vhs demo.tape

Source Code
Set Shell "bash"
Set Width 1024
Set Height 768
Type "echo 'Hello World!!!!!'"
Enter
Sleep 3

Expected behavior
display Hello World!!!!! in the recording

Additional context
It happens 9 out of 10 times but not every time
