--continue* prompt uses default model name even if using model from last convo

Setup
Please complete the following information along with version numbers, if applicable.

mods 1.5
nixos
zsh
wezterm
tmux

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

mods -m 4o-mini 'list 3 planets'
mods -C
'Enter a prompt for llama31-70b:'

I verified that it is actually using 4o-mini in this situation.

Expected behavior
output the model used
