Add config options to handle custom graphs' width and height in reports

When using Multi-mechanize with large amounts of time and/or narrow ts intervals, the result graphs rapidly become cluttered.

With these two simple config options graph_width and graph_height, you can ask for larger graphs directly through your config.cfg file and produce graphs way easier to read in that kind of situation.
