Looking at these fields, it appears that Property Value should be a whole number, like income. But the File Format Verification Tool does not flag Property Value that have decimals as needing to be an int. It does flag Income that have decimals. The Filing Platform accepts Property Value that have decimals.
The reg for both Loan Amount and Property Value specifies: Enter, in dollars. It shows an example Loan Amount with decimals. The example Property Value does not have decimals.
Lots of people are confused about whether Property Value can have decimals. It would be great if Table 2 could be updated to show that decimals are acceptable.
