We could highlight potential cold start issues on the timeline / call tree.

Describe the solution you'd like

We could be highlight potential cold start issues on the timeline / call tree.
This would show when one of the following is causing issues

  1. Compile in deploy is not enabled
  2. Too many class dependencies (showing call stack depth would also help / be a proxy for this)
  3. Use of Type.forName where a static dependency might be a better fit
