feat: better multiple workspace handling

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Every time I open a log when there are multiple workspaces I have to select which one I am interested in.
It would b better if I did not need to

Describe the solution you'd like

The ideal would be if I did not have to select one at all, can we just search all available workspaces until the file is found?
If not some sort of way to select the workspace as a one off and change is needed would be good.

retrieve log
We need to know where to save it. So have to ask upfront

go to file
We can search all workspace. If result is one, go to file. If result is more than one. Ask them to pick from the found workspaces.
