We should write docs on how to deploy BlobstreamX. The docs should include:

how to build new circuits
how to generate the function IDs
how to deploy the gateway
how to deploy function verifiers
how to link them in the gateway
how to access control
how to deploy a new BlobstreamX using the deployed gateway
how to run a relayer for your freshly deployed contract
