Revisit helm chart strategy for onestop-client #42

We need to continue iterating on the helm charts in onestop-clients.

A few items to look at-

Remove the secret template in the chart. Instead assume one was placed there by an admin.
make generic for a variety of scripts (?)
- depending on answer: update the chart names or create new charts for the different scripts
