Describe the bug

A confirmation message prompt should be seen displayed when calling the clear sub-command. This is the case when clear is called from the module command, but nothing is displayed when clear is called from the ml command.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

$ ml clear
@xdelaruelle xdelaruelle added the bug label May 7, 2020
