Describe the bug
Additional error in the cyclic analysis sections -
Screenshot 2021-12-26 102435

Expected behavior
In the beat to beat wiki video the only error shown is:
Warning: Invalid MinPeakHeight. There are no data points greater than MinPeakHeight.

In findpeaks>removePeaksBelowMinPeakHeight (line 518)
In findpeaks (line 147)
In FloWaveUS (line 106)

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Windows 11
  • FloWave US 3.0

*Additional context
Currently analysing FMD.avi files. Able to continue by manually entering the minimum peak height and calculating the mean cardiac cycle duration; however the error code is different to the wiki videos. I have set up settings files in the exact same way as described. Any help would be much appreciated.

I am having a similar issue when using MATLAB 2022a, but our computer with an earlier version of MATLAB does not seem to have this issue. Try downloading the earlier version of MATLAB instead of the 2022 version.

I am having the same issue with MATLAB R2024b. Which earlier version of MATLAB worked to resolve this issue?
