Refinement of Calendar converter hosted on https://www.fourmilab.ch/documents/calendar/
This version features these enhancements
- implemented leap year rule for Bahai calendar
- implemented Hebrew month names as text, as opposed to using GIFs
- WikiPedia names the two Adar months "Adar aleph" and "Adar Bet", rather than "Adar Rishon" and "Adar Sheni"
- corrected French spelling as it was in use at the time (1793)
- extracted the CSS styles into a separate file (style.css)
- converted special characters to HTML entities, to be plan 7-bit characters throughout
- cleaned up the duplicate HTML IDs
- corrected the HTML tidy warnings
