i can't be it, I fixed the jupyter-client==5.3.4 in setup.py

Saksham said he got it working, it is likely a problem when building the conda environment from the make_environment.yml file. Once we get the new release I'll change the instructions on how to create a conda environment if wanted, but the pip install will be all thats needed

The fixing of jupyter-client package is not optimal though, because they already crossed > 6.0
So let's keep this issue here to remind me to test new releases once they get it solved
