I'd love to see a sense of connection between NPC factions. Like, if you bring them glass bottles, Isherwoods would give you a pass if you already cleared out the glass kiln for them, or if Tacoma Commune asks for blankets, and you completed the lumber mill quest, you'd hand over the supplies and be done with it. It would be nice if these kinds of tedious fetch quests were somehow intertwined.
I noticed there was a vote to remove the base camp system last time. What if a similar system were divided among factions (lumber mill, Isherwoods, Tacoma, evac center, etc.)? Also, considering how vast the evac center grounds are, it would be great to incorporate tycoon elements or something similar. Eventually, instead of just pushing all zombies out and clustering in the evac center, I'd like to see some semblance of pre-cataclysm life being restored, even in a small town. (It's a bright night, after all.)

Currently, it all boils down to killing zombies, fixing cars, making weapons, and running around the lab...
