Make Horses Faster

Observation

The horse is very slow when riding it, especially running. It trots a little faster than your run speed, and there's no visible increase in running while mounted from walking while mounted. it even tells you that you spur the horse into a gallop when you turn run on, which is much faster than a regular person's walking speed.

Suggestion

Make the 'run' speed of a horse 2 or 3 times faster than it's 'walk' speed.

Additional context

I've done a little research at least on average walking and running speeds of horses and people, and my observations were based on an 'average' 8 dex character (I'm using Speedydex but I'm not sure that matters). A person runs at average at 8 mph, a horse trots at about the same speed, so the speed a horse runs at checks out just fine. An average horse gallops at about 25-30 mph.
