blender: add and link wrapper script to enable command-line execution #9101

  • this allows cask-installed blender to be used in external toolchains
  • simply adding binary 'Blender/blender.app/Contents/MacOS/blender' is insufficient, since blender needs a custom PYTHONPATH pointing to its bundled python library
  • a wrapper script is generated during preflight, then linked with binary

Closing this, as no decision has been made on the parent (#9203), and the PR has merge conflicts, anyway.

@psibre Shim scripts are now acceptable (#18809), so if this is still necessary and you want to create the PR, feel free to go ahead.
