TZ36D - not known device, installed as a generic z-wave device #54
Comments
Zwave idenfication works based on 3 id's (manufacturer ID, product type ID and product ID) your ones aren't in the app yet If I can find some time in the near future I can add them to the app. |
Thank you. |
Hello, I have the same problem with 2 TZ36D. Please when it will be fixed? Thank you! |
Feel free to send in a PR with the added id's if you can't wait. |
Hello there, apologise for my question, I followed installation guide and downloaded TZ36D Plus app, but still reported the same issue as my predecessors above. TKB_TZ36-D-327 Does not work and being not recognized. Added as |
soon (this weekend probably) i will add the id of the TZ36D mentioned in the OP. Any further support for the "TZ36D Plus" will not be added by me cause i stopped active development of this app, and will not add new drivers for still unsupported devices into the app. I will only fix issues that are present and make sure the app itself will keep running. And of course accept PR's of people that created a driver for this and other new drivers/devices. Sorry for any inconvenience, this brand just makes it too hard to keep active development for all the improperly created devices they have. |
i've added your id into the app in v2.0.6 You can find the 2.0.6 update in the test part of the appstore: |
Will be installed shortly. Since you sent me your kind email is lasting this installation. I don’t know why it hangs on.

You can find the 2.0.6 update in the test part of the appstore:
https://homey.app/a/com.tkbhome/test/
And please confirm that your device is found in this update.

Hi,
the TZ36D is not recognized in version 2.0.5.
It connects as a generic z-wave device only.
Any idea what is wrong?
Thanks
