I've decided to use UltiSnips instead of SnipMate a while ago, and recently I've updated Janus. Initially I had conflicts because Janus now apparently bundles vim-snippets, and I already had my own fork of vim-snippets under .janus, so I added vim-snippets to the list of disabled plugins in my .vimrc.berfore file.

However, today I realized none of my snippets were working. Apparently disable_plugin also disables a plugin with the same name loaded from .janus, which is highly confusing.

The only good way I have to deal with this is manually removing the directory from the installed janus plugins.
