Why

As the proof size only depends on np/nf, it may be bigger than nf.

What

We should update the CentralizedTelescope scheme to return a naive solution (nf elements) in that case.

Tasks

  • Update prover to handle case when np < u
  • Update verifier to handle case when np < u
