Updating documentation or Bugfix

I am updating Stake Pool documentation by removing two links:

  • Removed link to Marketing article as it is not available anymore
  • Removed link to Pool Veterinary as it is not live anymore
  • Link to an article on how to market your stake pool - which is not available anymore
  • Link to Pool Veterinary which is not live anymore

The whole Marketing section, not just the link, is already removed by the earlier #1155 but indeed pool.vet is defunct & thanks for pointing that out.
