Context

Written post-fix. We had a period with lots of random CI failures.

Test Case

Many.

Failure / Counter-example

They would timeout.

Resolution

Turned out that the faucets ran out of funds.

Matthias added more faucet funds and improved the error handling, I think.

I linked a bunch of CI failures to this issue. Wile not absolutely certain they were all due to this, I think it's fair to assume they were.
