[Feature Request]: Show headers for XLSX and ODS documents

Problem to solve
When generating a report using a word document as a template, I get headers and footers. This does not seem to be the case when I use an XLSX file or ODS file as a template.

Proposed solution
Have headers and footers show up on a generated report when using a spreadsheet as a template

Issue #104 says that it does show headers and footers when they use an ods file as a template, so this might be a bug.

I tried a minimal example in Carbone Studio, and it looks like the feature was implemented in 4.x.x, while I am using 3.x.x. So, how would I upgrade to 4.x.x in my application?
