Update the button component with the latest Usage tab and Style tab along with adding new relevant content.

Figma file

• Edit content based on new template for Usage and Style tabs
• Update Usage tab's Content section
• Update Usage tab's Universal behavior content section
• Update Style tab's States section
• Update any other relevant guidance
• Playback to the team and incorporate feedback
