Flow Charts page clicking on the Angular link

Not the CDS site, but related
IBM Design Language Charts page clicking on the button on the Network diagram card that is supposed to open the Carbon implementation of the diagram.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Find a replace the React link in Flow Charts page
2. Find a replace the Angular link in Flow Charts page
3. May reach out to the IDL team to notify about that the bug above.
