Broken redirects and links

Detailed description

The redirects defined in gatsby-node.js are not redirecting, causing several broken links.

Many affected links are pages moved from guidelines to typography. For example, https://carbondesignsystem.com/elements/typography/overview/ links to https://carbondesignsystem.com/guidelines/typography/style-strategies/ which results in a 404.

https://www.carbondesignsystem.com/guidelines/typography/productive is a broken link that also does not have a redirect.

The Angular and Vue tutorials have broken preview links:
