User Story

As a [user role below]:
Release manager

I need to:
create a release branch, one or multiple release candidates, and the final v1.13.0 release of Carbon for IBM.com

so that I can:
release the next version of Carbon for IBM.com to the public

Additional information

Acceptance criteria

  • Release branch created per timeline
  • v1.13.0 of Carbon for IBM.com released per timeline
