Core Web Components AI enhancements (phase 2)

This issue tracks the effort to add the AI enhancements (slug and gradient) to the second wave of core web components in phase 2. Each component will be ready for enhancements when it has first been updated in @carbon/react and @carbon/styles.

• As specified in the blocking issue, there will be other epics to track the full AI theme and enhancing other core components with the AI slug and gradient
