v11: update sketch libraries with new tokens

Style updates

Update files with the new color tokens. Use color variables from IDL

• text styles
  • White theme
  • Gray 10 theme
  • Gray 90 theme
  • Gray 100 theme
• layer styles
  • White theme
  • Gray 10 theme
  • Gray 90 theme
  • Gray 100 theme

Component updates

• Allow override for border-bottom in inputs (MVP). Needs to change with each layer.
• Menus should be using a layer not a field style
