_inlcudes and versioning and reproducibility

Already becoming a problem keeping track of just my own personal _includes. Once we start sharing them more actively, things will get worse!

I don't want to contemplate any crazy package management, but at the very least, any given stimela run should collect info on the versions of all relevant _includes (and container images etc.)

So, at the very least: have scabha report back from which location each _include was _include'd. Collect version numbers and report them in the stimela log file. (NB: this command can be used to describe the state of a git working tree: git describe --abbrev=6 --always --long --all ).

This will return info on all branches, from which the current branch can be parsed:

Use also git remote -v to get the remote branch.
