Update changes on maas.io/tours

Summary

Bill is updating the tour in maas.io/tour and there might be some changes daily for a while. He needs a way to update it/make changes directly.

Bill is making update daily at the moment, plan to sync publishing dates for updates with the MAAS release cycle

Bill needs to discuss with Adam if he should target this for MAAS 2.10 release.

What's the update on this? Currently the tour section shows information for MAAS 2.7 and should be updated for 3.1
