What needs to get done

Add a way to configure if buildd images are pulled in from https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/buildd/daily/ or https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/buildd/releases/.

This should be done in such a way that it can be set by apps with something like snap set testcraft.provider_remote=daily.

Why it needs to get done

To enable testing of daily images prior to publishing.

To test 20.04 and 22.04 daily images before the CPC team publishes them in 2024 pulse 23.
