[microstack.run] Documentation redirects do not work

I've based a redirect configuration for MicroStack on both the Snapcraft and Juju doc sets, both of which have working redirects. As an aside, each of these latter doc sets reverse the column header names (Path and Location) without any apparent effect. It looks like what is pertinent is "the left column is the input (source) and the right column is the output (destination)".
