[TASK] Move OpenSearch env vars in the deployment to configmap for in Optimize component

Overview:
environment variables related to OpenSearch and elasticsearch in the deployment template of optimize should be moved to the configmap.

Actions:

Here are the OpenSearch env vars: link
Here are the elasticsearch env vars: link
Make sure to check the env vars for both the initContainer and the main container.

These env vars should be moved to the optimize configmap
