Major changes

• A column Alternate Tag to be able int the SECURITY.md file of the master branch to provide additional publishing tags, see for example https://github.com/camptocamp/docker-qgis-server/blob/master/SECURITY.md
• A new tool c2cciutils-version to help to the creation of a new stabilization branch
• The checks are replaced by pre-commit hooks
• Migration scripts are provided

Upgrade

Install requirements

pip install multi-repo-automation

Use pre-commit hooks
