Open ID - historical user profiles

          Open ID and OAuth is based on faulty tech from the early 2000s

Over 1B accounts have been created with the Open ID framework, using OpenID as a solution will have duplication.

Accounts will be connected to a non-relevant historical user accounts.

I consider this as a duplication of #11 and propose to close if there is no further technical reasoning. Just the age of a technology can't be an argument, especially as telephone numbers where invented already in the 19th century.

And to avoid misunderstandings: OAuth 2.0 and OIDC is meant in CAMARA foremost for the secure authentication and authorization of the API consumers, not necessarily the network subscribers/users.
