Problem description
This issue should describe the scope for the next versions of the API Devicr Swapn, targeting the Spring25 meta-release.

Expected action
Apply following Commonalities rules:

Presence of errors 405, 415, 500, 501, 502, 503, 504 in the yaml Should errors 405, 415, 500, 501, 502, 503, 504 be listed in CAMARA_common.yaml Commonalities#355
Alignment in Error codes regarding "API Subject" identifier (device or phoneNumber) Enhancements and Alignments in Errors Commonalities#329 . This is linked to Update error codes and info.description template for device / phone number identifiers Commonalities#324
Normalization of error status and code allowed values Commonalities#316
For improve test definition: Common artifacts for testing error scenarios for device and phoneNumber Commonalities#325 (not yet merged)
