Problem description
OAS files don't contain the recommended information as posted by @shilpa-padgaonkar in #202 (comment)_

Expected action
Add the template to:

  • device-roaming-status.yaml
  • device-reachability-status.yaml

Additional context
For the subscription APIs the device in the request body is not optional.
