Problem description

CAMARA_common.yaml currently contains in line 62 the following note for developers:

NOTE1: the MNO might support only a subset of these options. The API invoker can provide multiple identifiers to be compatible across different MNOs

This abbreviation is not known to everyone outside the telco world and is mobile specific.

Expected behavior

MNO should be replaced by network operator
