QoS Booking API proposes to add a booking feature on QoD service. This API offers a programmable interface for developers to request an assignment of a certain QoS Profile to a certain device with some conditions such as start time, duration and location in advance.

As we discussed in the meeting on 12th Dec, I have explained this proposal in Dedicated NW Sub Project meeting today. I will share an updated slide deck which is added slide#6 showing a relation to Dedicated NW API.
