[Feature Request]: Allow wave scheduling

Cal.com could greatly benefit from a Wave scheduling booking option.

What is wave scheduling?

Let's say a doctor is available from 12 pm - 5 pm. They are open to taking two slots in this timeframe. If two appointments are already made, the doctor's appointments that day would be closed for other applicants.

Now what happens in case of a no-show? Doctor ends up taking only one appointment, but because applicants may not be actively tracking the appointment page, even though there was demand, it wasn't fulfilled.

Solution? Wave scheduling.

You allow two kinds of appointments - primary and secondary. Primary is a guaranteed slot that you book in advance. Secondary is a walk-in style scheduling where you agree to a larger time range (let's say 12 pm - 5 pm) with the understanding that booking is not guaranteed, however, you get the slot if there is a no-show.

It helps with booking slots for critical time-sensitive consultants like lawyers and therapists.

I have raised a feature request for it #17354. Post approval, I will be working on this.
