the logic is already in op dirs. there you can define which patches use those ops

default op creation dir is ./ops relative to .cables file
default op creation namespace is Ops.Local.
multiple projects in same dir share all ops in ./ops
suggest only Ops.Local. namespace in create/clone dialog dropdown
