Currently the genomic data input formats for Oncoprinter and MutationMapper are different. It would be good if Oncoprinter could have additional ways of inputting genomic data:
For OncoPrinter: allow users to input only chr,start,end,ref,alt same as MutationMapper and annotate with Genome Nexus

i saw that mutation_mapper has a single input field and a data format dropdown which tells how the data should be entered in that input field
i.e. Chromosome
Start_Position
End_Position
Reference_Allele
Variant_Allele
is that what you want in oncoprinter
oncoprinter has fields
Step 1) Input genomic alteration data (optional)
Step 2) Input clinical data (optional)
Step 3) Input heatmap data (optional)
Please define the order of genes (optional)
Please define the order of samples (optional)
please tell me specifically what should the oncoprinter look like
