target aarch64?

Hey there.

It seems like wasmtime has c-api artifacts for aarch64, but there aren't any in wasmtime-go.

I guess there's more to it than adding a line here,

I think it's ok if testing doesn't happen on this CI, but otherwise some assistance in adding support here and testing it works would be greatly appreciated!

This was added inadvertently in #93, so should be good to go now!
