Create admin UI for AcceptXMR-Server

This will most likely be postponed to after the CCS

Allow changing config and creating invoices from the admin UI.

Admin UI should require login via token like vaultwarden (using JWT cookie for session management after login). TLS should be optional, and users who don't enable TLS should use a reverse proxy with TLS like nginx.
