@tiingo do you document what time zone the date values are returned in? I have been assuming they are all in UTC, but this article suggests that sometimes this isn't the case (i.e. some intraday data) https://www.quantstart.com/articles/evaluating-data-coverage-with-tiingo/ (see the "A Note on Time Zones" section)

It would be great to have an official source of documentation for the time zone of each endpoint
