Career portal error "401 Unauthorized"

Hi,
Using the WordPress Plugin, we attempted to display the career portal on our website: https://www.epikconsulting.co/jobs/ but the error message below is diplayed

All content in the Plugin has been added in correctly following the article recommends:

And the Bullhorn support confirm that the Corp Token and Swim Lane provided were correct.

We did the test with the demo key (Corps Token and Swim) and it works without problem, but with the EPIK keys provided by Bullhorn support, we have the error below.

Do you have any ideas as to how to resolve this?

Have a chat with support they probably forgot to give you a document you have to fill in that enables the API
