Career Page - Application initialization failed

We are in the middle of implementing BullHorn with GoDaddy and have had a difficult time integrating the career page.

Current behavior

-redirects to correct page but the file is not in the correct spot or incorrect coding.

Application initialization failed, please check your app.json file: Http failure during parsing for http://careers.knarrstar.com/app.json

Expected behavior
